Key Responsibilities:

Strategic M&E Leadership – Develop and oversee the implementation of SRC’s M&E framework, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Lead baseline, midline, and end-line evaluations, ensuring data-driven insights for program improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in M&E roles, including managerial responsibilities in a development or NGO setting.
Professional certification in M&E, Data Analytics, or MEL frameworks (e.g., Results-Based Monitoring).
Strong quantitative & qualitative research skills, with expertise in statistical tools such as SPSS, R, or STATA.
Proven ability to design and implement M&E frameworks that enhance project impact.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
