Office Admininstrator and Customer Care Officer

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

  • The job holder will be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly through organizing, planning and managing daily administrative duties. 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Maintain office calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the office.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, such as new hire onboarding, employee orientation, staffs leave management and personnel file management.
  • Provide administrative support to the office in drafting of correspondences, preparing presentations and compiling data for reports etc. 
  • Preparation and sharing of our customers transfer forms and correspondences, verification and compiling of the signed copies and sharing with our service providers for title processing with accuracy and efficiency. 
  • Assisting in tendering process including bid opening documents preparation, analysis, issuing of LPO’s, facilitating contracts signing, verification of deliveries of the goods and services, collection and issuing invoices to the accounts department for settlement. 
  • Releasing of contracts, title deeds and other correspondences to respective parties with precision. 
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff staffs.
  • Perform other office duties as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, HR or any other related field. 
  • Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage 
  • Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • 3 years’ experience at a similar position
