Our client is an association registered to manage and run the affairs of a gated community along  Kiambu road. They seek to hire A Plumber who is responsible for carrying out routine checks  and fixing all plumbing issues in the estate. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Carrying out routine checks for repairs and maintenance of water and drainage system 
• Supervising, repairing and maintaining water supply systems 
• Monitoring and regulating usage of water 
• Coordinating repairs and plumbing maintenance works 
• Keeping records relating to plumbing works 
• Monthly meter Readings 
• Daily Monitoring and reporting water levels  
• Replacement of faulty water meters 
• Report any malfunctioning of equipment  
• Project & maintain a good corporate image to both internal and external publics offering them  exceptional customer service 
• Inspect and maintain booster pumps and borehole pumps

Required Qualifications: 

• Served in the grade of Artisan I or in a comparable position for a minimum period of 2- 3  years 
• Certificate in Government Trade Test Grade I or equivalent 
• Proven integrity and ability as reflected in work performance and results
