Uber/Bolt Fleet Operation Manager

Fleet Operation Management

  • Develop and execute the daily operation plan of the motorcycle fleet. Reasonably arrange the working hours and task allocation of motorcycle drivers to maximize the operational efficiency of the fleet, meet the order demands of the Uber platform, and ensure the timeliness and stability of passenger travel services.
  • Monitor the operation of the fleet in real time. Analyze key indicators such as the number of orders, driver acceptance rate, and trip completion rate through data from the Uber platform and other monitoring tools. Timely identify and resolve problems that arise during the operation, such as unreasonable vehicle allocation and substandard driver service quality, and continuously optimize the fleet operation process.
  • Be responsible for communication and coordination with the Uber platform. Keep abreast of policy changes, rule adjustments, and new business requirements of the platform in a timely manner to ensure that the fleet operation complies with platform standards. Accurately convey relevant information to drivers and guide them to carry out their work in accordance with platform requirements.
  • Handle complaints and feedback from passengers and drivers. Establish an effective complaint handling mechanism, promptly resolve passengers’ problems and dissatisfaction, and maintain the good image of the fleet. At the same time, pay attention to the working conditions and needs of drivers, provide them with necessary support and assistance, and improve driver satisfaction and loyalty.

Driver Management

  • Develop a driver recruitment plan. According to the business development needs of the fleet, recruit motorcycle drivers who meet the requirements of the Uber platform through various channels. Be responsible for the interview, screening, and employment of drivers to ensure that drivers have good driving skills, service awareness, and professional ethics.
  • Organize new driver onboarding training, including training on Uber platform rules, service standards, safe driving knowledge, local traffic regulations, etc. Help new drivers quickly familiarize themselves with work processes and requirements. Regularly organize skill improvement training and safety education training for experienced drivers to continuously improve drivers’ professional levels and safety awareness.
  • Establish a driver performance appraisal system. Regularly assess and evaluate drivers’ work performance. The assessment content includes aspects such as the number of completed orders, service quality, passenger evaluations, and compliance with platform rules. Implement rewards and punishments based on the assessment results to motivate drivers to improve work efficiency and service quality.
  • Care about the lives and working conditions of drivers. Maintain good communication and interaction with drivers, timely understand drivers’ ideological trends and difficulties and needs, provide them with necessary help and support, create a good working atmosphere, and enhance drivers’ sense of belonging and team cohesion.

Vehicle Management

  • Be responsible for the procurement, leasing, deployment, and maintenance management of motorcycles in the fleet. According to the operational needs and budget of the fleet, rationally allocate vehicle resources to ensure that the number and performance of vehicles meet the needs of business development. Establish vehicle files and record basic vehicle information, usage conditions, maintenance records, etc.
  • Develop a vehicle maintenance plan. Regularly organize vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repair work to ensure that vehicles are in good operating condition, reduce vehicle failure rates, and ensure driving safety. Establish a good cooperative relationship with vehicle maintenance suppliers to ensure the timeliness and quality of vehicle maintenance services.
  • Be responsible for the purchase and management of vehicle insurance. Timely handle vehicle insurance claim matters to reduce the operational risks of the fleet. Reasonably control vehicle operating costs, including fuel costs, maintenance costs, insurance costs, etc., to improve the economic benefits of the fleet.

Financial Management

  • Develop the financial budget and cost control plan for the fleet. Reasonably arrange various expense expenditures of the fleet, monitor the operating costs of the fleet, conduct regular cost analysis and accounting, and put forward cost control measures and suggestions to ensure the economic benefits of fleet operation.
  • Be responsible for the settlement work between the fleet and the Uber platform. Check order data and income details to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of income. Timely handle problems that arise during the settlement process with the platform to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the fleet.
  • Manage the daily financial revenues and expenditure
