Duties:
- Play a key role in client acquisition and management of existing clients relationships consistent with the Bank’s strategy in-order to achieve desired quality business growth
- Primarily responsible for the management of own portfolio of customers ensuring that they receive the appropriate level of service and advice to meet their specific needs
- Enhance client retention by providing a one-stop point of contact for all the client’s needs and requirements while providing world class customer service

- Drive collections in customer’s account which will be used for FX and other businesses.
- Ensure proper documentation throughout the credit application and ailment process
- Prepare weekly and monthly statistics/performance reports for management use.
- Reconcile all transactions on customer’s accounts where and when necessary.
- Assist with the processing of customer’s letters of credit and invisible transactions.
- Initiate and carry out recovery action on non-performing credits facilities
- Maintain a comprehensive database of the customer’s operational records including the existing and prospective customer data

Job Description
- Working with key stakeholders to develop a detailed action plan and address human rights challenges in the workplace and in surrounding communities. Oversee full implementation of the plan.
- Oversee human rights strategy with objectives and KPIs.
- Implementing meaningful human rights due diligence activities, including assessing, managing and monitoring the business’ impact on human rights, security and the environment.
- Reviewing and implementing a stakeholder engagement strategy to maintain relations with government officials, community representatives, unions, industry bodies and regulatory authorities as far as human rights and environmental issues are concerned.
- Reviewing and implementing a community engagement and consultation strategy using community consultation sessions to build strong relationships with surrounding communities.
- Assist in supporting the Company’s new grievance systems (for both employees and communities) and facilitate the integration of learnings from grievance mechanisms and remedial efforts into the human rights due diligence processes
- Presenting strategic projects (to be implemented in collaboration with NGO’s or by the client alone) to the client leadership & FDP CSO to help address/mitigate identified or perceived social risks
- Developing relevant KPI’s that help monitor progress in crucial areas identified either in through HRIA, social audits or operational grievance mechanisms
- Supporting all the relevant teams across the Company, including Security Manager, Human Resources Manager and Chief Sustainability Officer with the implementation of human rights-related requirements. This also includes close cooperation with internal compliance functions to ensure compliance from service providers to the company’s human rights standards.
- Building capacity, train and create awareness on human rights-related topics to internal stakeholders such as supervisors, managers, workers etc.(e.g. effective workplace communication, discrimination and unconscious bias, safeguarding, gender, sexual harassment), as well as provide support to the security manager in training private security providers to the company.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Rights, International Development, Sustainability, or relevant field (LL B,BSc, Sociology, for Communication).
- Minimum 10 years’ expertise working in the field of business & human rights.
- Conversant with international and local legislations and regulatory requirements relating to human rights.
- Knowledge of third-party certification requirements relating to human rights.
- A working understanding of and exposure to a corporate environment.
- Experience with community relations and have excellent relationship building skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, highly solution and impact oriented.
- A self-starter and ability to proactively identify and lead on tasks.
- Attention to detail and can deal with complexity.
