This position focuses on acquiring new clients, ensuring smooth loan processing, and maintaining strong customer relationships while minimizing risks associated with loan defaults.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Acquisition:
- Actively identify and engage potential customers for credit products.
- Promote and sell loan products through field visits, referrals, and community events.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for loan disbursements.
Credit Assessment and Loan Processing:
- Conduct thorough credit appraisals to evaluate clients’ financial standing and repayment capacity.
- Verify customer information and ensure complete and accurate loan documentation.
- Recommend loan approvals or declines based on risk assessment and company policies.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Educate customers on loan terms, conditions, and repayment schedules.
Loan Disbursement and Collections:
- Facilitate smooth loan processing from application to disbursement.
- Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts to minimize defaults.

Reporting and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan applications, approvals, and repayments.

Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
