Responsibilities:
- Serving as the principal point of contact and quality control for a large volume of inquires.
- Distributor closing stocks analysis.

Marketing Deployment Assistant

- Implement and evaluate the activities stipulated in the cycle plan to ensure that marketing objectives are achieved.
- Execute all marketing activities in line with market and brand strategy, market regulation and International Marketing Principles [IMP].
- Recommend touchpoints for the execution of the activities. Ensure markets have the right level of merchandising materials in stock.
- Drive implementation of Customer engagement programmes, ensure programmes meet objectives & are evaluated for learning’s.
- Support cycle activity rollout including Activity Recommendation [ACREC] generation and regular evaluations.

- Manage the merchandising store and the implementation of the merchandising strategy (development, deployment, maintenance and evaluation).
- Constant monitoring and reporting of BSE & NBSE to ensure activities are within budget set.

- Actively participate in the monthly business planning cycle by supporting the Market Manager.

- Coordinate training and capacity-building activities to empower youth champion teams across African YMCA National Movements.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Business Development Executive and the wider AAYMCA team.
EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
- Masters of Business Administration (MBA) ongoing or completed: with a focus on innovation, digital transformation, or business development will be an added advantage.
- Aged 24-30 years, with 2-4 years of experience in business development, digital strategy, or a related field.
- Certified in Google UX Design, Digital Product Development, or Project Management, with hands-on experience in platform development.
- Proven experience in training, capacity building, or stakeholder engagement in a tech-driven or innovation-focused environment.
- Active member of an African YMCA National Movement with leadership or volunteer experience.
- Proven experience in social entrepreneurship and digital transformation.
- Experience in UI/UX design, software development, and digital innovation.
- Award-winning innovator in the digital or entrepreneurship space.
- Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills.
